Dear AHS students
I am delighted to bring you details of the upcoming DHB courses:
Confidence with Kunzang starting Wednesday 6th March at 7pm
Sensitivity with Jayasiddhi starting Sunday 17th March at 10am
Heart Wish with Pati starting Monday 25th March at 7pm
And there are still places on the DHB Retreat: Heart Wish Retreat if you would like to go to the Hermitage to attend in person to study with the wonderful Lama Tara, Katie and Namka - or you can take part online!
