Trusting the Heart of Buddhism beginning November 19th 2026
Trusting the Heart of Buddhism is an extraordinary voyage through some of the most profound aspects of Lama Shenpen's teaching and the Buddha Dharma in general. Approached in the right way, it can open up our practice, challenge the assumptions that keep us stuck and act as the foundation for all the LAH streams that follow.
For those of you that have completed DHB, Trusting the Heart of Buddhism is the natural next step, acting as a bridge from DHB into the wider LAH streams. It is also a requirement if you're intending to take the Bodhisattva Vow within the Awakened Heart Sangha.
We haven't been able to offer THB since last year, so the programme beginning in November this year is a great opportunity to explore these teachings with some of our most experienced teachers, mentors and students.
