Join the MoSS Practice Group with Younten to delve deeper
Lama Shenpen is giving teachings on the Heart Sutra this week to all the vow takers who have gathered at The Hermitage before Vows Weekend. These teachings will then be available to those in the wider Sangha who'd like to go deeper with Younten in the Mandala of Sacred Space (MoSS) Practice Group, meeting every Thursday starting 11th June. A wonderful opportunity to not only listen to the teachings, but take time to take them to heart.

Those already in an LAH stream, may want to pause before commiting to more. There is a lot happening in the sangha, which can create a 'fear of missing out' - but we try to encourage members to balance their inspiration with their capacity. If you have other streams lined up, it might be rather overwhelming to take part in more, so we're suggesting to reflect on priorities and judge how to balance your capacity with your inspiration, so you don't take on more than you are able.
