This practice group starts in Summer 2026 with the first session happening on Thursday 11th June.
The weekly sessions will be from 6.00pm - 7.30pm(UK) on Thursdays.
The Heart Sutra is a 12 week practice group that is the third cycle in the year-long Mandala of Sacred Space stream. Each session will be 90 minutes. This is a wonderful opportunity to go deeper into Lama Shenpen's recent teachings on the Heart Sutra offered to Vow Takers during the Saga Dawa Retreat. This is our chance to explore them as Younten holds the space for the group and Lama Shenpen will drop in for regular Q&A's.

- The Practice Group is open to all but we especially encourage those who were part of the Mandala of Sacred Space - Living The Awakened Heart practice group to sign up.
Deepening sangha connections
The Mandala of Sacred Space stream goes deeper into the ethos and practices of the Awakened Heart Sangha. It is especially recommended if you wish to make a long-term commitment to supporting the sangha, including training as a mentor and entering the Mahayanagana, the sangha's group of committed students.
