Each day during the seven weeks following the passing of Khenpo Rinpoche, his students all over the world meet online and practice together, deepening our connection with Rinpoche and each other.
Today, Lama Shenpen has been asked to lead the meeting.
Lama Shenpen is inviting students of the Awakened Heart Sangha to join in, with the added note that she doesn't want anyone to feel pressured into doing these Guru Yoga practices.
There are many elements to the practice that require lots of explanation and a profound view to get the most out of, however, just being online at the same time as others who are practicing can have a benefit if you are able to remain open and receptive to the inherent power of Awakening that emanates through the practice mandala.
Lama Shenpen wants to remind us all that it is excellent for us to honour our connection with Rinpoche through our usual daily pujas and formless meditation. (You can find the links to our daily practice here)
However, it is also good if you want to connect by joining in the session at 5pm today (UK time).

Today we will practice Khenpo Rinpoche's Guru Yoga and sing songs at 6pm CET. The Guru Yoga and songs sessions are recorded, as they are not restricted. Here is the link to the videos and the texts we have been sharing, including the Guru Yoga texts and the three supplications (texts and melodies in Tibetan).
