Come together online for a day of shared practice diving into one of the themes of Discovering the Heart of Buddhism. Lama Tara will be exploring Heart Wish and how it intersects with this year's theme on Pranidhanas and Death & Dying.

We are invited to explore what it might mean to acknowledge, align with, honour and celebrate our heart wish. In particular, we will be wondering about how our heart wish can be our ‘surest protection at death’.
