Openness course is suitable for all members of the Awakened Heart Sangha who have completed half of the Discovering the Heart of Buddhism program. Become a member

Led by an authorised mentor, this course is deepening our understanding of 'Openness' by Lama Shenpen, in a small online group of like-minded (and like-hearted!) students.
