'Adopt difficulties as the path' - Lama Shenpen's translation of one of the Lojong slogans.
When we encounter difficulties on the path, such as physical or mental health issues or challenging situations, what happens? Do we tend to get thrown off course with our practice? What is practice when we feel we can't practice? How do we find the confidence to re-orient our practice mandala so that the difficulties can be adopted as the path?
In this session Lama Tara will draw on her own experiences of physical and mental health challenges as we explore together ways to support ourselves and find the Dharma in every experience.
