AHS teacher Agnes Pollner invites Lama Shenpen to teach her German Sangha. The subject will be "Right View according to the Shrimaladevi Sutra and her explanation of The Four Noble Truths. It's a lovely opportunity to join with our German Sangha members, as for the first time this annual teaching will be broadcast live online.

4:30 - 5:30 Formless Meditation

7:30 - 8:30 Evening Puja

7:00 - 8:00 Morning Puja

9:30 - 11:30 Q&A with Lama Shenpen (including break)

11:30 - 12:00 Dedication, Meditation & Singing!
