Dorje became a member of the Awakened Heart Sangha in 2009. He has attended many retreats at the Hermitage including a 3 month solitary retreat in 2016.
Over the years he has served as a Discovering the Heart of Buddhism, Trusting the Heart of Buddhism, Living the Awakened Heart and Mahayanagana mentor in both a one to one and Group capacity. In addition since 2018 he has been focusing on establishing and running a local group in Bridgend, many of whom have now become Sangha members.
