In  'Trusting  the  Heart  of  Buddhism',  in  order  to  put  our discoveries from direct  experience  into  context,  we  are putting  more  emphasis  on  that  vaster vision.   What  we are realising is the Truth at the heart of the Universe.  It is alive  from  its  own  side  and  the  Truth  in  us  is  actually an  expression  of  a Truth  that  lies  beyond  us  in  a  very special sense.  In other words, the power of the Truth is something we can put our trust in as being able to help us from beyond ourselves.  

The Truth is the Life of the Universe and the Way or Path to its own realisation.
