Deepening DHB

This practice stream starts in Spring 2026 with the first session happening on Friday 6th March.

There will be three sets of 12 weeks of sessions over the year. The weekly sessions will be from 5.30pm and last between an hour and an hour and a half (always ending by 19:00).

This is a practice group, not a study or reading group. Sessions are 1 hour - 1 hour 30 minutes. Please only register if you:

1) Have worked through the themes of Discovering the Heart of Buddhism at least once.

2) Are committed to your practice and are willing to commit to the course whole heartedly.
