Indestructible Heart Essence online study group - Discovering the Heart of Buddhism Course

This will be a 6 week online study group course for students who engage with an online group mentor. Please note that this course will start on Wednesday 29th November, not on the 8th as originally scheduled, and that it will run until Wednesday 17th January.

The Indestructible Heart Essence is the central theme of Discovering the Heart of Buddhism.  At whatever stage you have come to this theme, linking into the experience of the Indestructible Heart Essence is both the beginning and the end of the training.  First we have to realize that it is what we are from the very beginning and finally we have to realize the full implications of what that means.  What in Buddhism is called ‘the path’ is the dawning process of full realization.
