Katie's 70th

Another milestone birthday coming up! Our much loved teacher, and long standing student of Lama Shenpen, Katie Morrow will be 70 on 16th June. 

Her daughter Alice got in touch to let us know she is planning a birthday book and would love to hear from anyone in the AHS who wants to contribute something - see message below.

Hi!

This is Katie Morrow's daughter, Alice. Her 70th birthday is coming up on June 16th.  I don’t think she needs/wants more stuff but I do think she underestimates the positive impact she has had in the world, and I’d love to remind her of that.

I’m collecting notes, photos, memories, thank yous, lessons learned, stories, and reasons why we love her, and will put it together in a handmade book for her.

I know she has many friends in this sangha, so I wanted to reach out in case anyone wants to contribute.  Please spread the word!
