We are delighted to invite you to Join Five Cram for this month's Sunday Gathering as he takes us on a journey towards the unfathomable Openness of Being.
"What is the Essence of Being, the Heart of what we Are, what is the unchangeable, indestructible, Peaceful basis of Beingness in which we can have ultimate confidence?"
Come and explore the myriad ways we can experience Openness directly in our life. Five will offer reflections and exercises to enhance our recognition of Openness in meditation and everyday living.
The day will include a guided session of reflection and meditation in the morning with Five, as well as time for contemplation, discussion and sharing later in the afternoon.
