We are delighted to invite you to come together for our August Sunday Gathering with Namka.
“We should make this precious life meaningful by exerting ourselves in the conduct of a Bodhisattva in general and the practice of Shamatha and Vipassana in particular.
Shakyamuni Sadhana
Let’s join with Namka as she explores how these two threads of the path support and reinforce each other. She will share her precious insights and provide us with the opportunity to reflect more deeply on the place of Love and Compassion practices in the Sangha.
The day will include time for meditation, contemplation, discussion and sharing and we very much hope you are able to attend.
