Join Namka for an exploration of the Discovering the Heart of Buddhism area of Confidence. She will explore different aspects of Confidence, Faith and Trust: what strengthens or hinders them in relation to ourselves and others on the path, and how Confidence interrelates with making Pranidhanas.
