Entering the final months of his 2 year retreat at the Hermitage
Today, on the Summer Solstice 2023 Lama Dashon starts the final 6 months of his 2 year retreat at the Hermitage of the Awakened Heart. Tucked away in a meditation hut in a field neighbouring Lama Shenpen's labrang and the Stupa, Lama Dashon has been in retreat since 21st December 2021. And he has the ever growing beard to account for this ;)
He is going strong and focusing his remaining retreat time exclusively on meditation. In the meantime, he is going turn 50 in mid July while in solitude!
