Sunday Gathering: Openness led by Younten 29th May
On the day Younten will be encouraging us to experientially explore our relationship to openness and spaciousness.
Come join us for a day of meditation and exploration with your Awakened Heart Sangha! It would be ideal if you could join us for the whole day but we know that this is unrealistic for many of you due to other commitments and for this reason the day is totally open for you to pick and choose those parts that work with your schedule and interests.
