We're delighted to share that Lama Shenpen and Lama Dashon will end the year by offering an online retreat. 

Join Lama Shenpen and Lama Dashon as they explore a theme within Discovering the Heart of Buddhism (DHB). An exciting opportunity to delve deeper with them, listen, reflect and meditate and draw on their many years of experience. Retreat together in yoru own home.

Friday 27th

7.30 - 8.30pm - Introduction & practicalities  followed by Evening Puja

3:00 - 4:00 Session 3

4.30 - 5.30 Session 4 (in person only)

7:30 - 8:30 Evening Puja
