In this Sunday gathering, Sherab will be exploring 'Death Comes Without Warning' - reflections on the song 'Turning the Mind from Samsara.'
To some, this might sound frightening or grim - but Sherab promises we'll approach it with gentleness and humour!

"Death comes without warning " These words are sung every morning at the Hermitage and by our on line community. They may come as a shock, and yet we know them to be true.
The rest of the song touches on much of Lama Shenpen's core teaching. In this session, Sherab will lead us through some reflections on the song and how it might help us reflect on our own death - and life!
