Awakening the Heart of Bravery

Lama Shenpen often says that awakening happens when we truly understand the nature of suffering and its origin. Could the suffering of the world awaken us? We will be particularly exploring how to allow the qualities that nature and the elements can awaken in us to empower our pranidhanas and our way forward. This is an opportunity to move away from blaming and trying to fix things and towards the heart of the matter. We hope this weekend--which is linked to the Daily Life Awareness stream--will be helpful for everyone, regardless of where they are on the path.
