A month long retreat for those looking to deepen their meditation practice with Sangha. 

Lama Dashon will explore how formless meditation relates to the teachings from the Satipatthana Samyutta of the Pali Canon.

Hermitage residential places will be prioritised for those who are part of the LAH Insight into Emptiness Stream - online participation is open to all.

You are invited to join either for the first week or to commit to the entire month. 

During the first week we will explore teachings with Lama Dashon, listening, reflecting and meditating together. The following weeks will be an open space for those who're inspired and able to take a month to go deeper in these teachings alongside Lama Dashon, ideally in person though some continued schedule will be available for those who join online.
