This online weekend event welcomes all members of the Awakened Heart Sangha to celebrate our community, its vibrant activity and far reaching aspiration to align with the Mandala of Awakening so we can all awaken together.

Join us for a day that celebrates the community of the Awakened Heart Sangha. With talks from Lama Shenpen and Lama Dashon, the day will include a chance to celebrate everyone who has completed the 'first round' of Discovering the Heart of Buddhism (DHB) and the authorisation of new mentors.

We will also be sharing more details about the new Living the Awakened Heart practice streams, offering all students who have worked through DHB the chance to go deeper with your practice as part of the sangha community.

10:30 -12:30 - Introduction to the new Living the Awakened Heart (LAH) Practice Streams and taster sessions with teachers

3.00 - 4.00 - Talk by Lama Dashon, Celebration of DHB Completers & Mentors Authorisation

4.30 - 5.30 - What’s Alive? LAH Feedback Session or Formless Meditation
