A weekend of Teaching by Francesca Fremantle

During the weekend Francesca will talk about Trungpa Rinpoche’s teachings on the Bardo Thodol (The Tibetan Book of the Dead).

Francesca says 'Trungpa Rinpoche always emphasised that these teachings really apply to us here and now. Mind itself remains the same, whether in this life or after death. The awakened realms of the five Buddhas and the confused six realms of samsara are appearing before us all the time, and we are constantly in a state of bardo, the gap of open space where everything is possible.'

9 - 10 am - Shakyamuni puja
