Meditation on Emptiness

Lama Shenpen will lead us on a deeper exploration of Madhyamaka sources to guide us in our meditation on Emptiness. How can we use the teachings of these ancient traditions to illuminate our current way of seeing? How can we use this way of approaching reality to help us understand the nature of suffering? How can we learn more about our confusion to see the truth of the path? An opportunity to join together as Sangha to hear teachings from Lama Shenpen furthering this years theme of Insight into Emptiness, we'll also reflect on them with others through discussion groups and meditate together in scheduled sessions.

The event will start with an introductory talk and retreat vows in the evening on Thursday 12th August at 7pm before our Evening Practice and end on Sunday 15th August at the end of our Evening Practice.
