This is a teaching and practice weekend led by AHS teachers suitable especially for new students and those doing the DHB (although all are welcome in the spirit of spiral learning).

The weekend will start with an introductory talk in the evening on Friday 11th June before our Evening Practice and end on Sunday 13th June at the end of our Evening Practice.

This weekend is an opportunity to deepen our understanding of Openness together. [The quality of Openness, alongside Clarity and Sensitivity is Buddha Nature - what we truly are.

Join us as we set aside some time to turn towards our experience - noticing and exploring both our yearning for spaciousness and relaxation and the obstacles that might prevent us from satisfying that yearning

To help you plan here's the timetable.
