Citta and Everyday Experience

Bridging themes of compassion and insight (2021's topic area), Five and Ziji Cram will be looking at impermanence, suffering and not-self from the perspectives of Openness Clarity and Sensitivity. Following on from Pati and Tara's teaching on heart and mind, Five and Ziji will explore how these DHB teachings can support us in everyday life.

The schedule will be as follows:

Friday

Evening 7.00 Opening Talk followed by Evening Puja at 7.30

Saturday & Sunday

Morning

7.00 - 8.00 Morning Practice

9.30 - 11.00 Teaching with meditation / reflection and small group discussion

11.30 - 12.30 Discussion feedback

Saturday Afternoon

2.30 - 4.00  Teaching with meditation / reflection and small group discussion

4.30 - 5.30 Discussion feedback

7.30 - 8.30 Evening Practice 

Sunday Afternoon

Although we encourage you to join for the entire program, we recognise that retreating from home can hold other commitments so you're welcome to attend simply what you can!
