Lama Shenpen will give the transmission for the practice of 'Formless Meditation' as well as personal meditation instruction.
This is a chance for us to simply sit with our practice together.
The retreat begins officially on Monday 1st, but participants are encouraged to join us for the Annual Sangha Celebration the preceeding weekend.
The retreat officially ends at lunchtime on the 6th June - however, it is traditional for us to celebrate the reterat by going on a pilgrimage to a local hill or mountain together in the afternoon. You are welcome to join us if you are able to.
The cost for the retreat is donation based. Suggested rates: £20-£40 per day. See the practicality sheet for more details.
You can make a donation here by booking online, either for a full amount or to reserve your place with a deposit. You can complete your donation later or when you arrive at the Hermitage.
You will also be invited to make an offering to Lama Shenpen as a sign of appreciation and gratitude for bringing us the Dharma.

There will be a collection for a gift for Lama Shenpen and towards the feast offering. Suggested £10-£30
These offerings can be made in cash or cheque at the Hermitage.
