This is a very special opportunity to attend a retreat on the key principles of Discovering the Heart of Buddhism led by Lama Shenpen. The week will involve a mixture of teachings, discussions, and time for meditation practice and will be held with periods of silence and also time for talking and connecting with each other. Lama Shenpen will be available for perosnal interviews during the week for you to discuss your practice with her.
This week is also offers the very special and precious opportunity to receive a transmission for the Discovering the Heart of Buddhism from Lama Shenpen
The retreat is available for anyone who has started studying the DHB, or is thinking of becoming a student. It is also suitable for more experienced students who wish to revisit their study of DHB and go deeper into the materials to yield fresh insights.
Suggested donation for Lama Shenpen for this teaching event is £150 - £350
Suggested donation for your stay at the Hermitage is £20 - 50 per day.
