An invitation to spend a weekend meditating and reflecting on the Buddha's teachings on impermanence, suffering and not-self led by Katie Morrow, in the peaceful surroundings of Ladywell convent.
Ladywell has good, comfortable accommodation and is set in beautiful grounds with extensive woodland and is easily accessible by train or car. The Woking Group are hosting this weekend and look forward very much to welcoming you there.

The cost is £160 for the whole weekend with accommodation and full board or £75 for daytime attendance only (including lunch) or £40 for a single day.
