Are we sometimes less than useful to ourselves? We will be looking at ways we distort or block our path and how to respond to this with kindness, clarity and humour. By exploring enjoyment and self acceptance we may discover how to be of more use to both ourselves and others.
The Shrimala Trust AGM will be held at 6.30pm on the Saturday evening.
