Annual Sangha Celebration

This is a weekend for taking or remembering Refuge, and taking or re-taking the Bodhisattva vow, reflecting on impermanence and heart connections and celebrating what it means to part of a Sangha such as ours.   On the Sunday we reflect on how important it is to remember that death comes without warning, We remember those who have died over the course of the year and make dedication prayers for them to connect them to Awakening. We reflect on what heart connections mean and what goes beyond birth and death. We also reflect on what a rare and precious opportunity our Sangha provides us and on how not to let it go to waste.   It takes many conditions to come together for our Sangha to continue and those conditions are as easily lost as those for our precious human body. Take care. Now is the time to wake up and stop taking life and the sangha for granted!

Sadly, this will be our last weekend at St Mary's as the venue will close in the summer. Please book in advance by emailing [email protected]ku.gro.sha@stneve
