Indestructible Heart Essence

Indestructible Heart Essence course is suitable for all members of the Awakened Heart Sangha who have completed Heart of Meditation program.

Led by an authorised mentor, this course is deepening our understanding of 'Indestructible Heart Essence' by Lama Shenpen, in a small online group of like-minded (and like-hearted!) students.
