Lama will be giving a talk on Limitless Love and Compassion practice

This teaching day is available to everyone.

7 am - 8 am: Morning Puja

9.30 am - 11 am: Lama Shenpen Teaching

11.30 am - 12.30 pm: Meditation from the Shrine Room

The afternoon will include discussion groups, meditation instruction for newcomers and silent meditation from the shrine room.

7.30 pm - 8.30 pm: Evening Puja from the Shrine Room
