This month-long retreat will focus on Lama Shenpen's teachings on the Mahamudra Pranidhana, a text by the 3rd Karmapa.
We will have time for individual and group practice, interviews with Lama Shenpen and group discussions. We will also watch previous videos of Lama teaching on the text and have opportunities to ask questions.
